Style: 1v1 T-1. Display of mild-powers and all out.
Twist towards the finals: Undecided.
What should be said? Basic generalization of your character, abilities, weapon, stats. You don't have to go into details about it, stating they use lightning, water, or whatever will suffice.
How to become a judge: Just ask, be able to use logic when judging. Judges won't be entered in the tournament.
Judgement.
If a fight doesn't reach the end, this will be the basic judging system as followed.
Who had the advantage? (Include damage in this.)
Who put more thought into their posts? (Not details, just the 'construction' of their post.)
Strategy used.
Character consistency.
Things as that. If a fight goes to a judging or gets asked to be judged; Please supply reason, as to why that person won, and the other lost. Via, the things above. If needed and asked to, i'll construct a point system to judge by to make it easier.
Judges word is law. Even if you don't like the outcome of it, what they say goes. Unless your opponent agrees with you, which if it goes to a judging is unlikely; then it ends there.
In case people might ask, what about phasing-flash stepping-teleporting, and all that. We aren't using those bullshit TB styles; You play your character how you made them. Just don't abuse those kinds of things.
Anything else may be asked, but the rest is kind of simple. :/
Note: This will might be edited by one of the other admins if they have anything to add or fix. I just threw this together to get it started, since it's been taken awhile. So watch for that.
NOTE 2:: You don't have to state all abilities, like blade ones and such. I am leaving all those things and the 'main details' for everyone intro's. The thought of these shitty sign-up sheets is so people can't change their main powers/abilities constantly and with limited description, any chance of meta-gaming beforehand is null. We will allow a change of character once, though if asked.
